Health and Wellness Resources

Balancing work, education, family, and other priorities is no easy feat.

PREP candidates often face heavy workloads, tight deadlines, and job search pressures, leading to stress and burnout without the proper support. Statistics show that 58% of lawyers in Canada report significant stress, and rates of anxiety and depression are much higher than the general population.

Recognizing signs of distress and seeking help early is key to maintaining well-being. CPLED students have access to health and wellness supports through their law society and community resources.

If you need immediate assistance or support, visit Crisis Services Canada available 24 hour, year-round. CPLED does not provide direct mental health support.
